Free returns for 21 days
If a piece isn't right, email us within 21 days of delivery and we'll send a free return label. Items must come back unworn and in their original packaging. Once it arrives we refund the item price to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping is not refunded.
Store credit until day 30
From day 22 through day 30 after delivery, returns are still accepted on the same conditions, as store credit for the item price rather than a refund. After day 30, sales are final.
Exchanges
Sizing exchanges — a different chain length, for example — are free within 21 days. We cover the return label.
Custom and personalized work
Commissioned and engraved pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is why we confirm the design in writing before starting.
Repairs
Everything is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year — a clasp that fails or a setting that loosens is repaired free. Normal wear, breakage, and loss are repaired at cost.
