By placing an order you agree to these terms. Yarle is operated from Miami, Florida, United States.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Because pieces are handmade, small variations in stone, texture and finish are expected and are not defects. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item sells out or is listed at an incorrect price.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Applicable Florida sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Shipping and returns
Governed by our Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier.
Intellectual property
All designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Yarle and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Jewelry should be removed before swimming, showering, exercise and sleep; damage from these is not covered.
